Ristorante di Sopra, founded in 2017, is the crowning jewel of owner and chef Franco Pisani, that sits atop his original, award-winning Italian restaurant, Paravicini’s in Old Colorado City.

Both entities are committed to serving guests the freshest, homemade pasta, sauces and cuts you’ll find anywhere in Colorado Springs, with a fresh flare at Sopra that’s distinguished and charming. Franco draws much of his inspiration from his dear mother’s cooking and he takes great pride in sharing those recipes and reimagining classic dishes to present his own creative take. 

Using the culinary direction of mainland Italy, Sopra crafts seasonal menus featuring the highest quality ingredients and replicates the flavors currently flourishing abroad. We pair our old world menu with an extensive wine list, cutting edge cocktails, elevated mocktails and truly whimsical desserts that are beyond anywhere else in the whole of Colorado.
